Consumer Rights – Withdrawal – Cancellation & Return Conditions

1. General Information

The rights of consumers under the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts are explained below. The products sold by Elmacıpazarı Güllüoğlu Gıda San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. are food products.

2. Right of Withdrawal

According to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to food products that are perishable or whose expiration date may pass quickly due to their nature.

Therefore, for food products sold through our website, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised after the product has been delivered.

3. Order Cancellation

The BUYER may cancel their order before it is shipped . Order cancellation requests must be submitted to the SELLER through customer service channels.

In the event of order cancellation, the amount collected will be refunded to the BUYER within the timeframes stipulated by law, depending on the payment method.

4. Defective or Damaged Products

If any crushing, tearing, leakage, or damage is noticed in the packaging upon delivery, the product should not be accepted, and a report should be filed with the delivery person.

In the event that any defective or missing items are discovered after delivery, the BUYER must notify the SELLER without delay.

If a defect is found as a result of the inspection, the BUYER will be offered one of the following options: product replacement or refund . The consumer's rights under the law are reserved.

5. Return Conditions

For food products not covered by the right of withdrawal, returns are not accepted due to hygiene, health, and food safety reasons.

Except for defective products, returns are not possible for products that have been opened, consumed, or stored improperly.

6. Product Storage and Responsibility

The BUYER acknowledges that food products must be stored according to the storage conditions indicated on the product after delivery and consumed within the recommended consumption period.

The SELLER is not responsible for any quality loss that may occur due to improper storage conditions or after the expiration date.

7. Refunds

In the event of an approved return or cancellation request, the amount will be refunded via the method used by the BUYER for payment and within the timeframes stipulated by law.

In credit card refunds, the time it takes for the amount to be reflected in the BUYER's account after it is returned to the bank depends on the bank's processing procedures.

8. Application and Communication

Furthermore, Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts are authorized to resolve disputes within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
